Mediation fees

We charge a fixed fee for a full day of mediation from 9.30am to 5.30pm, including preparation and initial discussions before the day with each party (or their representative).

• For disputes up to £50,000 in value: £495 + VAT per party

• For disputes over £50,000 in value: £695 + VAT per party

If required, we can arrange a venue for the mediation at additional cost.

These fees include use of our bespoke online mediation platform, if preferred.

These fees do not include travel expenses for the mediator if mediation in person is required.

For mediations that run later, each additional hour (or part of one) will be charged at £150 + VAT per party.

These fees are based on a two party dispute. Please contact us if you have a more complex dispute (or if the dispute doesn’t clearly have a financial value) and we can tailor our offering to your requirements.

Payment must be made in full by both parties (along with returning the signed mediation agreement) no later than 72 hours before the mediation is due to begin.
