Simon Sellars

Simon is a CEDR-accredited mediator and the founder of Sellars Mediation. He is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales, and was previously also qualified as a trade mark attorney. Simon has a science degree from the University of Cambridge, and has experience working as a patent agent.

Simon has been appointed as a Nominet Dispute Resolution Service Expert, responsible for adjudicating .uk domain name disputes.

With over 18 years of experience of settling legal disputes, Simon takes a practical and realistic approach to mediation. He is experienced with all types of commercial and contract disputes, and has a particular interest in matters involving technology and intellectual property.
